Many pastors have been influenced by their seminary studies to doubt Genesis.  Being seminary trained and a member of the Evangelical Theological Society, Dr. Mortenson is thoroughly acquainted with the various exegetical arguments against the young-earth creationist view.  He will present both Biblical and scientific arguments for why the age of the earth matters and why we should take Genesis 1-11 as literal history.  This is best done for a pastor’s breakfast or luncheon.
